Acceptance of Terms
By engaging GrowthByte for services or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Services
GrowthByte provides growth marketing services including performance marketing, SEO, content strategy, marketing automation, analytics, and creative services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are agreed upon in a separate engagement agreement for each client.
Payment Terms
All engagements are billed monthly in advance. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of services. Pricing is agreed upon before engagement commencement and may be revised with 30 days written notice.
Intellectual Property
All strategy documents, creative assets, and deliverables produced by GrowthByte for a client become the property of that client upon full payment. GrowthByte retains the right to reference engagement outcomes as case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
GrowthByte will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. All fees accrued up to the termination date are payable in full. GrowthByte reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of non-payment or breach of these terms.
